If I could give 10 Stars I would!

Joanne and Kelsey were unbelievable. I always knew I wanted day of coordination services to help ease some of the stress for the day and my god, hiring these ladies was the best time and money I’ve ever spent.

From the first conversation we really vibed and they got my vision even if it was still in the beginning stages. They made it easy to give them all the info they needed to know to execute our vision even if all that info was sent by me randomly and sporadically and some of it the night before.

They came the night before to help with rehearsal which helped us a lot but not only that, they helped us with set up and made our ceremony space perfection, getting the chairs perfectly aligned and centered to the arch and set up all the aisle decor just to have a reference for the next day so they could take it down for the night in case it rained (which it did). They discussed everything they needed to know for the day of with us and just from those conversations they were able to execute everything to perfection. Most of our tent was unable to be set up the night before due to our florist coming in to set up greenery the morning of but they swept in with ease to set up right behind her and my god was the tent ever beautiful. Beyond what I could have ever dreamed. They even set up areas that we didn’t specifically discuss perfectly so that there was good flow in the tent and everything looked gorgeous.

The day of, they worked completely independently so I didn’t have to lift a finger or make any decisions, I could just relax and enjoy the morning with my girls while they prepared literally everything (I can’t stress this enough they did everything flawlessly) and then come time to walk down the aisle they had my bridal party perfectly timed and ready to go so that the processional was beautiful and flowed so well. They stepped in anywhere that may have been overlooked and solved problems on the fly without burdening us at all.

All day they were in the background working seamlessly to execute our vision and even though we hardly saw them, we knew everything was being handled perfectly. They worked so wonderfully with all our other vendors and made sure everyone knew where to be when and how to set up their area.

The most amazing part, which our venue loved is that after the night had ended and we took our shuttle back to the hotel, they stayed and completely cleared out the tent and cleaned it all up. We had hired the venue to assist with clean up but they were so impressed that there wasn’t much to clean up that they refunded us a portion of the cleaning fees, that’s how great of a job they did.

I just cannot recommend these two enough, they are so sweet and kind and extremely professional and we could not have imagined planning such a successful day without them.

Moral of the story is, if you want to have a stress free event knowing everything will be handled to the tiniest detail, definitely hire these two lovely ladies for your event, you will not regret it.
